HR Generalist – New Hampshire

At our company, people are at the center of everything we do. We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, creative, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our HR team.
This role supports a wide range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, onboarding and orientation support, compliance programs, employee relations support, internal communications, employee experience initiatives, and workforce partnerships that strengthen aviation career pathways and long-term talent pipelines.

What You’ll Do
- Support employee engagement, recognition, workplace culture, and employee experience initiatives
- Create content for internal communications, newsletters, and employee platforms
- Coordinate onboarding activities, help ensure completion of new hire requirements, serve as backup facilitator for non-pilot orientation, and assist regularly with pilot orientation activities
- Support federal, state, DOT, FAA, TSA, and company compliance programs, including drug and alcohol testing administration and regulatory documentation
- Assist with HR operations, employee relations support, HR documentation, audits, reporting, and process improvement efforts
- Administer employee records and update HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Build relationships with aviation maintenance schools, colleges, universities, technical schools, military transition programs, workforce development agencies, and community partners
- Represent the Company at community outreach programs, and other workforce partnership activities
- Support workforce development initiatives, internships, and aviation talent pipeline programs
- Support workplace safety and compliance efforts, including workers’ compensation injury reporting, safety training tracking, documentation, and follow-up
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven experience in HR operations or a specialized HR discipline required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Experience with internal communications, newsletters, or engagement programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Experience working with schools, military organizations, workforce development agencies, or community partnerships is a plus
- Aviation or regulated industry experience is a plus
