PlaneSense aircraft has the advantage of being able to land and takeoff from over 8,000 of the 14,000 airports in the United States. Commercial airlines use only 500 of the airports.
The Pilatus PC-12 has been designed to takeoff and land at airports with runways just 3,000 feet long. Most business jets need at least a 5,000’ runway.
In addition, the PC-12 can land on unimproved runways (grass or gravel). With the large cargo door on the PC-12, our aircraft owners have not only the ability to travel to airports closer to their destination, but also to easily bring along large business or recreational equipment. It’s a combination that is unique to PlaneSense fractional owners.
