“Equipment is great. Service is great. Sometimes if the pilots know we are staying overnight, they will give us their cell phone number and we can call them if we want to leave a little earlier. That just makes a convenient program even more convenient. One of my most satisfying experiences was when my father passed away and I needed to get to Indiana quickly. My partner and family members were picked up and taken there and the pilot actually showed up at the wake. All the pilots have always been great."
